Hi. I’m Zwerei. I’m 16 years old. I come from another planet. A planet named Gallimia. It is located in the other side of the Milky Way galaxy, opposite of the Earth you’re living in. My species isn’t human like in Earth. We’re almost the same as those humans but all of our eyes are purple.

And now, I’m stranded.

Me and my scientist folks were going to visit Mars, a planet in the Solar System. Yeah, Mars. By our spaceship, ARIS. Actually, he’s an Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a spaceship. We’re going to Mars to collect some type of rocks for making a cure to some rare diseases in our planet. But when we were about to reach Mars, ARIS was malfunctioning and we crashed into a planet near it, which soon I learnt that Earth is the name.

Now we can’t fly to Mars. Stranded on another planet.

Now since we should take off to Mars, we need to repair our spaceship. But we were totally not expecting what problem we’re facing, because we crashed into a forest.

“Precisely, which part of the Earth are we at?” I asked Gweni, one of the females in the group. She’s the one who’s in charge of our inter-galactic information gadgets, which consists of watches and tablets, which has information about the life and characteristics of any planet, stars and galaxies in the universe. So Gweni is supposedly the member of our group who knew the most about the universe.

“We’re at the Amazon forest, in the continent of South America,” she answered after getting information from her watch. Me and Gweni are observing the forest for any possibilities of danger, especially humans since they, you know, might think that we’re a threat to them. Meanwhile, the three other crews of our group, Siora, Avrei, Aden and our robot dog Tabo are checking the problems of the spaceship and trying to fix them.

“There’s still no sign of human life yet here,” I said, almost sure.

“Zwerei, no. Don’t. I have a feeling some humans live here,” Gweni denied.

Just as soon as Gweni finished her sentence, a spear hits Aden’s back. Aden groaned in agony. His wound is so big.

“Aden!” me and Gweni quickly ran to Aden. But more spears were shot at us. Thankfully, I grabbed Gweni just before one of the spears hits her. Me, Gweni, Siora and Avrei quickly activate our combat suit that attaches into our watches. It only takes 5 seconds to activate the suit from our watches. Our suits are made from the strongest and most unbreakable metal from our planet, Galanium. It’s also flexible enough to be made into a suit.

Gweni quickly grabbed the liquid cure for Aden to drink. Drinking the cure will only take a minute until his large wound heals. She dashed to Aden to give the cure, but an arrow was shot towards her. Luckily Gweni was able to blast off the arrow that was shot towards her with the invisible blasters in both of her hands, which are parts of the suit. Aden then drank the cure.

Turns out humans does live in this forest. The Amazonians are the ones who threw spears and shot arrows at us. They look like they isolate themselves from other people. One of the spears are thrown at me, but I quickly blast them off. A number of arrows were shot towards Siora, but she flew to the sky before they hit her. A spear was thrown at Avrei and it hits her, but because her suit is bulletproof, she wasn’t hit by the spear.

As soon as Aden’s wound was healed, he immediately activated his suit too. After around ten minutes, the Amazonians yielded. They knew they couldn’t fight us much longer. Fighting them was pretty exhausting, really, despite being helped by our suits.

As the night reaches, Siora, Avrei and Aden are still fixing the spaceship. Me, Gweni and Tabo are resting when a group of people in soldier uniforms approaches us.

“What are you doing in the forest? And what is this thing?” One of the soldiers asked Siora, Aden and Avrei in Portuguese.

Siora was slightly shocked because a man approaches her in a different language, but she quickly activate the translator in her watch which has Portuguese registered on it. The translator is able to translate a lot of languages from the universe.

“I’m sorry, I’m Siora and I’m a young scientist from Planet Gallimia. These are my friends. We initially were going to Mars but our spaceship crashed. We’re sorry for the inconvenience,” Siora explained.”

“Hey, they didn’t know any life outside the Earth,” Avrei whispered, quite shocked that Siora explained everything to the soldiers.

“Why not? I think it’s time. From the information on our inter-galactic gadgets, the creatures on Earth are one of the creatures in the universe that are left behind. I don’t want these humans not knowing what is actually happening in our universe. Their technology is even left behind,” Siora answered. Avrei and Aden nodded, agreeing to what Siora has said.100

“Aliens!” most of the soldiers are in shock.

“Oh no, don’t worry, we are not going to invade this planet. We’ll try to be nice with you guys. It’s actually the first time us Gallimians has stepped on your planet. It’s such an honour to be the first of the people outside Earth to visit here,” Avrei greeted the soldiers, trying to be nice.

“Wow, it’s… it’s honestly such an honour to have a visitor right here, eh,” the soldier, which has the label “Commander” in his uniform, answered, still shocked and confused

I woke up, still confused on what’s happening.

But a scientist approaches from the middle of the soldiers, seemingly interested about the life of us Gallimians. “Wow, your technology is so advanced. We don’t even have a technologically advanced portable combat suit here,” he asked, “and your spaceship, it has a cool design. So you came from a planet so far away? What is the maximum speed of this spaceship?”

“Ten thousand light years per hour. This isn’t even the fastest spaceship in our planet,” Aden said.

The soldiers and us enjoyed a very good conversation then. The next day we took off to Mars. Since that day, Gallimians visited the Earth routinely. We share our technology ideas with the humans there. The technology of the humans on earth aren’t so left behind since then.
